Training Overview

Cal/OSHA revised COVID-19 rules for California employers. Learn how the latest standards will affect your organization.

On June 3, the California Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board voted to adopt changes to Cal/OSHA’s COVID-19 prevention emergency temporary standards.

Despite the state’s reopening plans scheduled for June 15 and low case rates, many rules will remain for employers, and new requirements have been added. The previous standards did not consider vaccinations, which have been incorporated in the latest revision.

You urgently need to understand and implement the new standards scheduled to take effect on June 15, with some provisions starting on July 31.
