Training Overview

FFCRA programs live on. Learn the impact on your organization.

While the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) expired on December 31, 2020, the tax credits have been extended twice for employers who provide voluntary leave modeled on FFCRA.

In 2021, there are four reasons you will want to review the FFCRA:

  1. Ensure you get compensated accurately for all employees that were eligible for FFCRA leave in 2019.
  2. Understand the recordkeeping requirements for leave and reimbursement.
  3. Determine if your organization is eligible for tax credits available for leave modeled on FFCRA.
  4. Discover the edits made by the American Rescue Protection Act (ARPA) and update your policies and procedures accordingly.

You must thoroughly understand the FFCRA to enable your organization and employees to continue to benefit from its programs and credits.
