Dawn Hart

Putting the Hart in Human Resources and Training for over 25 years, Dawn Hart has a passion for people and passion for helping people see and develop their potential. She currently works for the Museum of the Bible as the People Department Manager. It all started with a Marketing degree from the University of Central Oklahoma. Actually, the marketing degree only helped put her creative side to work in the HR and Training arena. The real work came when she began her career as a Sales Trainer for a paging company. Anyone ever have a pager??Dawn has worked in numerous industries from running her own HR consulting company to the challenging worlds of retail and finance to call centers, manufacturing and Information Technology. She has built 4 HR and Training departments from the ground up and prides herself on creating coaching cultures in various organizations. She has a drive to help managers understand and connect to their employees. Dawn knows how coaching is one of the most important tools to create positive changes that will help a culture grow successfully. As John Wooden, former UCLA basketball coach once stated, ‘A good coach can change a game. A great coach can change a life.”Outside of the office, Dawn enjoys her own millennialfocusgroup, (her 5 kids range from 14 to 30), her fantastic husband, and two dogs. She enjoys traveling, reading, working with her local chapter of Meals on Wheels, and is currently serving as the Alumnae Chapter President to her sorority.
